Before founding Kors Equity, Denis spent nearly 15 years as a tax attorney at Deloitte & Touche and BNP Paribas, advising on high-profile global transactions such as the Hilton Hotels acquisition by Blackstone, the NYSE–Euronext merger, and the Chrysler–Mercedes Benz spinoff. This experience gave him a unique perspective on complex financial structures and large-scale dealmaking.
In 2019, Mr. Korsunskiy pursued to grow in a different direction and parted ways with corp america to open his legal practice in medical collection which from zero grew to be one of the top firms in NY state. It eventually grew into a medical billing; collections; and personal injury practice.
In 2022, Denis expanded into real estate development, successfully entering the competitive New York and New Jersey markets. Today, he continues to grow Kors Equity’s portfolio of equity and development ventures, with a focus on delivering sustainable, long-term value for investors and communities alike.
With a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a proven record of leadership, Denis is shaping Kors Equity into a trusted partner for investors seeking strategic growth and high-impact opportunities.
